Imagine you have over 150 pages of a pdf. document but you only need just a page to attach to an email. So what do you do?
First you need to know that Adobe Reader is not an editor and can not do this. But good to know however, that you don't have to give up. As you'll see, there a lot of options available to you

Go to the page you want to save and zoom to 100%. Click the "Edit" menu. Click
"Select All" then click the "Snapshot Tool." Use this tool only if you want to
save individual pages containing text and images.
Click the "View" menu, then "Zoom" then "Actual Size." This will ensure the Snapshot tool captures the entire page.
